ABOUT ME
Casebier / ’keis,biәr/ KAYS-beer
Yes, Casebier, like a “case of beer”—it’s easy to remember.
My journey began with a childhood love of graphic novels and a fascination with typography and page construction. After a non-traditional break post-college, I finally allowed myself to follow my passion: graphic design. Even though I initially studied in different fields, I always wanted to express myself through artistic endeavors. I allowed myself to dream, which led me to become a graphic designer, melding the best attributes of art with creative design. As a self-taught Graphic Designer with 17 years of experience, I’ve developed my skills significantly through on-the-job learning and continuous professional development. Because I am self-taught, I had to do a lot of reading and research in various areas, both print and digital. Eventually, I established my design business, a unique blend of my visual arts background and marketing expertise. When I’m not in the office reading about design trends, you might find me walking my dog, playing Xbox, gardening, exploring small “Old Florida” towns with my wife, Jessica, or cooking Budae Jjigae.
